Frankly Speaking ........Now!
The Go Through Letter

A LETTER TO ANYONE THAT WANTS

TO GO THROUGH

This could be a letter to anyone.  I wrote it to a friend in need.  As I have been reading several of my letters, I really believe you may benefit from reading this one, also.  It is like a personalized plan for getting through whatever you are facing.  Hopefully you will see that the scriptures can be changed to target whatever your circumstances may be.  I have left it in the original format and wording so that the “heart” of the letter would not change.  Even though I wrote this to someone else, I know that it was written to you, too.  Please personalize the letter by inserting your name in the proper place.  Keep checking back for more letters of encouragement as I choose more for the website.  May you be blessed as you read this letter to “you”!

Hello,

God is good all the time. He will continue to lead us and guide us in all things as we commit our way unto Him. The Lord will start giving us the desires of our heart as they begin to line up with His.  Stay free!!

You have a lot on your plate and it is hard to find the balance.  There are things I make an effort to do each day that help me.  Hopefully they will do the same for you as you put them into action in your life.

Continually cast ALL your care and concerns upon Him, because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7. Also, choose not to internalize the pressures and stress that each day tries to bring. Deal with everything the "best" that you know how and the rest is given unto Him to "supernaturally" work out!

He does exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think according to His strength and His resources, Eph 3:20.  He does the things we can’t.

Remind yourself that everything is "Father filtered".  He allows certain things to come into our lives to perfect us...complete us...and prepare us for the plans and purposes ahead as we go through them with His help and guidance.  He loves us and looks at the "eternal" picture instead of the present "storms" that always go away.

As 2 Cor 4:17 reminds us, “The momentary light afflictions are producing eternal glory!”

Examples of some personal prayers:

Lord, give me this day my "daily bread"....you know what I will face...you know the problems that are in front of me...you know who will call....give me the strength and supply that I need for this day to meet every situation that I will face today in a way that is pleasing to you....and to also touch someone's life with your love....Help me to do all things as unto you....and I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!! (Matt 6:11 & Phil 4:13)

It is so awesome that we don't have to be anxious or worry about anything, but in ALL things....through prayer and supplications with thanksgiving....we can make our requests known unto you....and the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.....thank you for peace, Lord...knowing that you have heard my prayer and you will do something about it in your time....help me to wait upon you Lord and your timing...Phil 4:6-7).

The pattern of Psalms 37:

There is a pattern in Psalms 37 that I love for myself.  It has been so useful and strengthening in these times.  I find myself needing and desiring to pray the scriptures.  As I do, it releases strength, faith and encouragement…taking the focus off of me...my situations....my problems...etc., and puts them upon Him!!  If you will look at the psalm, you will see what I am talking about.  It is so neat, at least for me.  Maybe you will find these things and more for yourself, or maybe you have a few already!

Verse 3:  Lord, thank you!  I am so glad that I can trust you with everything that is included in my life.  I trust you with my finances and with my job. Thank you for the strength to continue to do the "right" thing.  Help me Lord not to get weary in well doing, because in due season I will reap a reward if I faint not....if I don't quit.  Thank you again Lord that I can trust you in everything! (See also, Gal 6:9).

Verse 4:  Lord, I delight myself in you!!!  You are an awesome God and have never let me down or forsaken me. You are with me always....You are my refuge and my strength; my present help in times of trouble. You are high and lifted up and rightfully adored. Thank you that you have done so many things in my life, Lord.  You have answered each prayer...always...in your timing!

Thank you that you are faithful....Thank you for your forgiveness…your mercy. I thank you that you are giving me the desires of my heart.  You have already given me so many…and I know the things that I see and have asked you for...you are bringing to pass...in your timing.

Verse 5:  Lord I commit all of my ways unto you. I am tired of doing it myself...in my own strength...with just my resources.  Lord, I need you and your supply.  I need your wisdom and your guidance upon my life and the situations I face each day... I need you to direct me in all of my ways....Lord, I trust you...and I know you will bring it to pass....

Verse 7:  It is so awesome that I can "rest" in you Lord.  Wow, I need your rest!  I get so tired sometimes Lord.....I am so overwhelmed and consumed at times.  Thank you that I can rest...knowing that you are taking care of all of my needs according to your riches in glory.  You know my situation and you are doing something about it...Help me!!

Help me to rest in you.....and to wait patiently for you to bring the answers to the things I have requested.....help me to not pick up the things that I have given you. Lord, I know you are teaching me...to wait...to wait patiently.  Ha, that is so hard for me to do.  I am so used to doing it myself...thank you Lord for changing me.

You love me...and I know it is for my better good!  Thank you that I can rest in you as I wait patiently for you....I do not have to fret...or be concerned.  Thank you, Lord....in Jesus Name...

Ok, I am done...this was a "gift" with good intentions...again...God loves you...He cares for you...continue to wait upon the Lord...let Him renew your strength...the vision and things you have seen are for an appointed time...wait upon them...they will surely come....God knows the plans and purposes that He has for you and wants to see them come to pass in your life.  As you find scriptures that are upon your heart and pray them, you will find a new dimension added that you may not have seen before!

Believing the best in you,

Frank
